January 19th.
I woke up at about 12.30pm. Whoops. I then realised Connor’s 18 in two days and I still hadn’t gotten him a present. So naturally, I did what I always do in that situation… I plan a photo collage.
I almost melted walking to the shops to buy a canvas to do it on. I also bought my Dorothy shoes! I was pretty impressed with the find. My costume is finally complete and ready! I chatted on the phone to Jesse for a while to hear about his trip/fill him in on the plans for tomorrow.
I basically refused to walk home in the heat, and I needed to go to nan’s to use the printer, so I got Donna to come pick me up. We got thickshakes and coffee on the way home.
I spent my afternoon trolling Connor’s Facebook tagged photos and printing/cutting them out. I ended up with about 65 large pictures.
In the evening my cousins Teneille and Brie came to the farm to pick up their goat/for dinner. We had a lovely BBQ out the back, and Teneille helped my stick down the last few photos.
Once they’d left, nan drove me home.
And that’s where I am now, chillin’ in bed. I hope your day was a little more interesting than mine.

January 18th.
Today was generally shitty. I woke up late to an empty house. I watched the “Amy’s Choice” episode of Doctor Who on Foxtell. Mum came home and demanded I cleaned my bathroom/room/theatre room. So naturally, I procrastinated by taking an hour long shower, ect. I cleaned the bathroom, before sitting in my room writing my name in my new books to avoid doing important things.
I cooked myself some spaghetti, then hung/folded the washing whilst watching season three of Gossip Girl. It unleashed my inner Chair fangirl.
I watched Toddlers and Tiaras until my lift came, then spent my evening at rehearsals.
We just did music. It wasn’t too bad in some ways, then terrible in others. Stacey, Renae and I now get to sing in CowBoy’s Sweetheart, which is exciting.
After much drama, mother had to pick up Stephanie and I on her way home from picking Ross up from the airport.
I’ve burnt the crap out of my left hand. I’ve had a really shitty evening. I think I’m going to go cry or something now.

January 17th.
Happy 4th Birthday, to my youngest brother. Riley, you are quite possibly the most annoying small human I have ever met. You’re lucky I’ve even let you live this long.
Steph and I woke up late, so I had to rush to get ready to head up to Marloo for the newspaper shoot. Mum dropped Steph home, then ran me up to the theatre. My costume is hilarious. I’m a school ma’am. Mmm, turtle neck blouse. I can’t wait to see the photos. I think they’ll be really cute.
Martha and Charlie dropped me at the train station and I caught the train into the city. I looked everywhere for something for Connor, but had no luck. So naturally, I ended up spending my money in Typo and Pigeonhole on books and pencils for school. I think I’ll make Connor something. Why try and break an old habit?
I got home and wallowed around in my bad mood for a few hours before deciding to start using my time constructively. I got out my sewing machine and decided to attempt a free hand Dorothy costume with the elastic and fabric that I had. As you can see by today’s picture, all turned out better than expected.
I’m now planning to drink this Milo, perhaps speak to Hannah in Italy and get some much required sleep.

January 15th.
Mum drove Lizzie and I to rehearsals. We stopped on the way and got breakfast at the petrol station. Mmm, sliced peaches.
Rehearsals was a lot of fun! We started with Act II. Once the act had been run, Stacey, Harrison, Lizzie and I went to McDonalds for lunch. We were served by a very interesting girl. “A medium McChicken wiiiith the saaaladdddddd?”
We then began dancing, back at the theatre. We choreographed “Oklahoma”. It’s very simple, compared to the barn dance, but will still look really good. I then curled up in the green room with Steph and Connor while the others choreographed “Going Courting”.
After rehearsal Stacey, Connor, Harry, Lizzie and I headed to Dome for coffee. We saw Isaac and Forrest there, which was a pleasant surprise. We then met Sav, Steph and Shaun at the cinema to see Hugo 3D.
It was really cute. Stacey cried a lot.
Savannah and I found our one true love.
Lizzie’s mum dropped Connor, Steph and Shaun home, then I came home with them to their house. I spoke to Hannah for a little while. She leaves for Italy tomorrow!
I’m pretty much dead, even with all this caffeine in my system.

January 14th.
Lizzie lost her farm-ginity today.
We got up early and headed to nan’s. We were a little early so I gave her a brief tour of the farm before packing the animals.
I took a billion photos of her with different animals/videos of her singing Jesse McCartney to different animals. It was excellent. It was a long day, but Lizzie was super helpful and wonderful company.
While we were sweeping up all the sawdust from the pens at the end, someone outside decided to be super cool and open the float door. We spent twenty minutes locating our animals in the car park. Luckily everyone was safe.
After work we were boiling hot, so we decided to go swimming in our underwear. The water was actually amazing. This is an interesting group of photos from the event.
When we got home we ate pasta and watched Wife Swap with my mum, before heading into bed. We wrote/half recorded a song. It’s actually really cute. It’s based on love and loss, ect. It’s nice.
We’re off to sleep now.
14 days ‘till Hannah comes home. #excited #imissher

January 13th.
Work was painful. This was expected, considering it’s Friday the 13th.
You can’t see it in the photo (thank god), but today I got horned in the lip by a goat. He was trying to jump up on my lap and he accidentally sent his horn into my lip and my lip into my tooth. There was plenty of blood and course language.
Rehearsals was okay. We were going over Act One, and neither Connor or I are in it very often for very long, so we had cuddles and trolls. When Sav or Charlie were off stage too it became a stacks on kind of situation ;) I’m lucky their so light.
Lizze is staying tonight, so she came in the car home with us. I was serenaded with Glee tunes by Steph and Lizzie in harmony and it was excellent.
Lizzie and I have been trolling with my panda hat since we got home. Now we’re settling down for the night with some fairy lights and d&ms.
An… Interesting day.

January 12th.
What a day.
I got up early to get ready to meet Lizzie in the city bright and early. My transperth journey was wonderful, as per usual. At 9.30am I met Lizzie at the Trackside Bakery next to the “rolley stairs”.
It truly was an epic troll. We decided to go and buy disposable cameras and take hilarious pictures in hilarious places. We also went and found some really nice things in some really nice shops, for example this hat.
We played on photobooth in the Apple Store, we spoke to the manger of pigeonhole about how awesome her job is, we drank free iced tea in T2, we bought pretty things in Typo, I got Steph’s late Christmas present, Lizzie got stuck in a glass sliding door. Y’know, the usual ;)
Once we’d both used all the film in our cameras we caught the train to Midland and put them in to be developed. We had an hour and a half to kill before they would be ready, so we bought Subway and walked to Cash Converters to visit Harrison and work. We had a picnic on the floor at the back of the shop. It was hilarious.
We picked up our photos. They were EXCELLENT. In fact, this is one of them. We sorted them between ourselves, as to who was keeping which ones.
I then caught the train to Lizzie’s stop with her, before back to my own where I was planning to meet Steph. She got held up in Midland so I ventured home, dropping her present off on my walk home from the bus stop.
I spent my evening finishing Mockingjay, finally. I can not hold all of these feels.

January 11th.
Another day on the job. I wish I could make it sound interesting but it honestly wasn’t. I got attacked/loved by some goats? I sliced open my palm on a gate? I listened to Sia? I ate a punnet of strawberries? Any of those interesting? Didn’t think so. Hahaha.
After work I rushed home to shower, ect., before rehearsals. Tonight was pure script work. We’ve now finished blocking Act Two and can crack down on perfecting things. I had a generally good night. There was some excellent pointless conversation about pointless things with Steph, Harry and Jesse. These are always the best conversations. I also had a brief D&M with Jesse whilst a large chunk was blocked that neither of us appear in.
It was a good day.

January 10th.
If today’s post is a bit vague and strange, please note I just read the end of Mockingjay and am currently emotionally unstable.
Work. Eugh. Mum came in at 6am telling me we had to be at work by 6.30am. I’m not a morning person.
Work wasn’t too bad. We’re at a shopping center all week. It’s one of those lame centers with no good shops in it that no one goes to. Plus we’re at the side of the shopping center where there are only two or three shops that haven’t closed down. So yeah, it’s not too busy. This pleases me greatly. Also, here is me and a chicken. We’re totez bros.
After work I came home to watch my freshly recorded Gossip Girl episode on Foxtell, then hiding away in my room to finally finish Mockingjay.
I’d been scared to do so. Mostly because I was terrified it wasn’t going to end how I wanted it to. However, I was pleased with the ending. Though, as previously stated, I’m a slight emotional wreck.
